Join MPRD and the Missouri Dept. of Conservation (MDC) in a fun day of learning the basics of camping at Thompson Campground. Participants will learn to build and start fires, set up tents, how to be a good steward of the resources, and activities. Participants should bring a water bottle and a camping chair. This FREE event will be held at the Tent Camping Area at the Thompson Campground in Rothwell Park.
